Privacy
In short: this site stores only what you write in the order form or the contact form, and it has no visitor tracking.
The order form
When you send an order, we store the club's name, the chosen plan, the contact person's name, email and phone number, the billing details and the message you wrote. The data is used to process the order, to open the club's account and for billing.
Orders are seen only by the service's operators. The order confirmation is sent to the address you gave, and it does not contain the billing details.
The contact form
When you send a message or book a demo, we store your name, your email address, any phone number and club name you give, the time you suggest and the message you wrote. The data is used only to reply to you.
Contact requests are seen only by the service's operators, and you receive a confirmation at the address you gave. A message creates neither an account nor a club: the product is reached only by invitation.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses two cookies. The session cookie is necessary, because the forms' protection needs it. The other is created only if you change the site's theme: it remembers for a year whether you chose light or dark. The site has no analytics, no advertising networks and no third-party scripts, and the fonts are served from our own server.
What SportPro stores
The service stores the accounts of the club's staff (name and email) and the observations from practices and matches: age group, team, date, stations, answers and counters.
The service has no player register at present: observations are about a practice, a station or a match. If features that handle personal data are added later, this notice is updated before they are taken into use.
